I was just wondering who sets your goal weight? Do you? Is it Dr. B.? The dietician? And when should this be done. I have an idea of how much I need to weigh and how much I want to weigh but do I have much say in that at all?

dr. b said he would call me a success if i got down to 250 lbs, although i want to go much further to 165lbs. It may not be realistic for most of us. Look what Krista did in one year 120lbs down that friggin amazing.
