Bionic Jay...alive and well.

I finally had an email from Bionic Jay  and he asked me to put up a post to say he is alive and well.  He's not losing alot, but he's doing fine.  He's having a hard time sticking to his diet.  He doesn't have internet access at his new place so can't be on line.  Lets all keep our fingers for his success.

Tell him that his input is missed and I wish him well on this weight loss journey.

 I'm sorry to hear that Jay is having trouble...that has to be frustrating.

I've been thinking about him and wondering how he was doing with his band.  Thanks for letting us know how he is.
