WLS - What a great concept

Hi, I dont live in fton any longer, but it is still where I call "Home" so decided to share my success story a bit. I started at 330 lbs in June 2006. I now weigh about 160 which I reached just before Christmas, so about 18 months after the surgery. I have a bpd/ds and have had complete success and feel like a million dollars. I am half the person I used to be. I paid for it my self. It was the surgery I wanted and was not able to get it where I live..so I traveled and got what I wanted. Thank god for Bank loans! :) I happily make my payment each month while I live so much more active and happier of a life! I know in NB the waiting is torture and I want to wish you all the best of luck and hope that things move quickly for you. I am a big fan of the bpd/ds and gastric bypass and in the end just know it will all be worth the wait! Take care all, Fton Gal
