Had my 6 Month check-up appointment

Hi, I had my 6 month check up appointment yesterday. They(Dr B, Lisa and Rinette) all said I am doing great and how much I have changes. YEAH! It was nice to hear that. Dr B said I should lose about another 30lbs, no more then 50-60 though. And next appointment in 3 months, if I want plastic surgery he will refer me. And do some blood tests to check on everything. Also they kept my before and after pictures so they can put them up on the wall That made me feel great too! So it was an exciting appointment.
