Waiting list??

I called Dr B's office today to ask if they still had my referral. She would not look, but just kept saying that I would now be automatically approved. She has been going through the files of all the referrals that were awaiting approval, trying to organize they, I think. I told her when I was referred and asked her to "ball park" how long I would wait. She said that she could not do that because Dr B has not told her if he is doing the old "approved" list first or some from the old list and some from the new "automatic" approved list, or if the two lists would be integrated and how (by date??). So now I know nothing more than I did before I called. She told me to call back around the end of April and she may have a better idea of how long I would have to wait.
