fills in nb??

Hey all!! I am having the lap band surgery in april/may, and i am wondering if there is a doctor in new brunswick that does fills? Thanks Nicole

Nope. Dr B is the only doc in the province that does the surgery and he doesn't do fills on anyone but his own patients. Dr Chris Coburne from Ontario recently trained a nurse (or two?) to do fills. I don't know if they do other patients but you may want to check with their office.

There is a nurse in Truro NS trained to do the fills. I think her name is on the Maritime_Bariatric_Patients blogg- I think it is a google group.

Where do I find this? You don't know her name or number do you?? Because I've cancelled my surgery due to the fact that I can't find anyone to do my fills but if I could find out who she is then maybe just maybe I still have a chance of getting my surgery!!!

The nurse is in Pictou NS and her name is Beverly Jefferies. I will go back and get more info, but I will post this for now because every time I try to go back for more info I lose this message and have to start over
