Lost 100 lbs!

Wonderful, Nice way to start a new year!!!! Congratulations!!!! I can't wait to start telling everyone I reached that....but I am still just at the Endocrinologist stage...but I love hearing about your loses...it makes me strong and it encourages me to keep going... Pamela ! Way to go girl ! You are doing awesome ! 100 in 7 months ... wow! I hope I do as well as you . I am down 42 . I can eat just about anything i(n small amounts) like chicken, beef , pork and apples and raw veggies , even popcorn ! I never thought I would be able to ! What is your daily routine ?? Sherry

Sorry it took me so long to reply! I can eat anything I want unfortunately except for broccoli that is..so I really have to use self-control. It depends really I usually get up around 8 or so and have a coffee first..and then a little bit later I usually have a bagel with some pb and jam or a couple slices of whole wheat toast or multi-grain and melt some cheese on it in the toaster oven and have a fruit. Lunch I use whatever meat was leftover from supper the night before and make something with that..so I could have a chicken fajita, tacos, or rice with chicken and some veggies etc..and sometimes I just have a salad and put some cheese in it for protein. Dinner time lately I've been cutting back on the starch with supper and just having protein, like a steak, pork chop, chicken, etc with veggies..I don't like fish at all..so I don't eat fish unless it's tuna..I do love tuna burgers. Snacks I actually am bad with snacks..I usually skip them cuz of my schedule at work, it doesn't allow me the luxury of being able to eat on the job most of the time for snacks. But when I do get my snacks in I usually have a fat free yogurt now..or take some fruit like an orange and sometimes some strawberries and apple slices and dip them in a fruit dip that I make from scratch from Victorian Epicure.. and sometimes I end up craving popcorn and I have some of that. I almost always get about 30 to 45 mins in on the treadmill but not every single day, but I do try.
