i can`t find my list of things i can eat had my lap band on tueday so need to get some things to eat i know about the insure and soups does any one have there list handy also does anyone have lise phone number and also since i`m asking do you count the day of surgery as day one i know you take the bandages off on day three so do you count the day of surgery as day one

I am 3 weeks post op - I have been doing great , tonight is a bad night , probably the worse yet , I have a lot of gas pain . Hopefully I will feel better in a few hours . Sherry
