Does anyone know if Dr B. is resuming is consults?

Hi everybody, Does anybody knows if Dr B. is resuming his consults in September? Thanks, Pascale

Hi I was told a couple weeks ago that he will be resuming. He will be doing only 2 days of consults this month though. One day will be 4 pre-approved patients for either bypass or lap-band, and the other day will be for 4 pre-approved people who are having lap-band. The secretary was not sure how many they will be able to do in October at that time...she did know that he has to take a turn on call in ICU...so they have to find out when. He only does consults on Monday or Wednesday so if ICU duty falls on those days it will mean no consults. She told me to call back end of September to see where things stood! I hope I was some help to you. As I stated this is what the secretary told me a couple weeks ago...it is possible things have since changed. You might want to give a call to see! Where are you on the list? I was 12 for the longest time but now I am 13 on pre-approved list, bumped back one! Best of luck Krista Cook

Thanks Krista for the detailed info. I am 7 on the pre-approved list and I have not received any call. I think I will call though, just to see if he is doing any consults in September. I'll let you know if I have new information. Pascale
