Moncton Losing an Anesthiologist!!!!

I just got off the phone with Dr Beausoliel's office.I found out sometime in August they are losing an anesthiologist.Possibly more delays in surgury...Nothing much known at this point.They will not know the full impact of this until mid to late August.This is so frustrating.The wait continues on

I just got back from my Pre-op appointment today. No worries about delays for this reason. They told me today that this would have no impact at all, they have lots of anesthiologists and if they didn't they could easily go out and get some.

I'm glad that is what they told you.I am sick and tired of delays I have been waiting for nearly four years for surgery.I understand that they are busy there but so many of us are still waiting and hoping to start our lives.When I spoke with their office a few weeks back I posted this response.She stated that they were definitely losing an Anesthiologist and that they may be in recruitment mode shortly. She was not sure what the possible outcomes would be for the end of August and that there may be some delays.She told me even though there may appear to be a few to go around that this is not the only surgery that they do.So hopefully none is lost and all surgeries go as planned.I may appear to be a party pooper but I feel it to be important that this info be posted so there is no surprises.
