Any news on when consults will resume??

Does anyone know when the consults are going to resume?? I am 12th on the pre-approved list and hoping to get an estimate of the wait! I plan on calling at the beginning of june, but curiousity (sp) is getting the best of me. Last time I called the office was in beginning of April! Thanks Krista

i was going to ask for all the patients, whats going on with the doctor and surgeries. i am 3 years POST OP and had my one year appt yesturday.. do you know that man is so busy i didnt get to see him becasue he was in OR!!! my appt was for 2 30 and i would or could have waited to see him for 3 more hours. but i decided that there might have been others there that needed to see him more than i did. so he really is busy. Hi Krista - I was hoping to hear from them this week. I talked to the office on Tuesday and they still not had rec'd the schedule for the OR. I said I would call back on the 30th if I haven't heard from them by then. It's so frustrating having to wait.

I called the office today and was told that the Dr is not doing consults for the summer because he is is way behind with appointments for the post-op patients and he has a long enough list of patients that have had the consult and awaiting surgery to last well beyond the summer.

Thank you for the info! That is a major let down. I guess it will be 2008 now before I have my surgery! That will make it 6 years total for me...I sure hope it is worth the wait!! Maybe I will come into some money before then...LOL! Krista
