That is so great! Lucky you that you love to work out...I have to admit I never cared for it..but always forced myself too while I was still able. Now my Knees and ankles are so bad from the weight it is so difficult. It is encouraging to hear that your knees got better. You are also lucky that you have no problem tolerating food. I hope I will be as lucky. I am also not much of a meat eater..but I am hoping I will be able to tolerate fish for protein. My biggest fear is that I will have all this lose skin. Although my Dr has told me that since I am young my skin elasticity should be pretty good.. and I dont have much stretch marks now! (but I am still worried) But the key is to exercise..exercise..exercise. That will be the challenge for me!! 45 minutes on the eliptical trainer seems like such a fantasy for me...that is amazing! Good for you. You should be very proud of yourself! I hope for your continued success.
