Financing

Hi! I'm new here, and have a question. Have any of you gone forward with financing for the Lap Band? I contacted Medicard, and apparently Dr. Beausoleil isn't registered with them. If I am approved, they will approach him with the payment, and hope he accepts it - signing up with them is of no cost to him. I'm not sure this is the route I want to take, but I thought I'd explore my options considering the price of the band!! ANita.

Hi Anita, I just wanted to let you know that I went with Medicard. I cannot say a single bad thing about them. They were very professional and very efficient. I was approved in less than 24 hours, and money was paid to the surgeon within 2 days. I was corresponding with Tanya and she was fantastic. Good luck, I am sure your surgeon will be happy to deal with them. My surgeon highly recommends them due to patient satisfaction. Beverly
