silly question

in the 1200 calorie diet, it specified 2 oz of meat.. is this 2 oz of cooked or uncooked meat?

no such thing as a silly question....2oz is cooked meat..unless you are eating sushi...and then I guess...it would be 2 oz uncooked? yes? no?
