Frustrated..

I was told in october i was 12 on the list and was told I would have my appt in early to mid january.I phoned back to find out where i was on the list hoping that I was closer to my appt time.I was told that I was number 24 on the list.I am so frustrated.I was also told I must have misunderstood.Sorry..as we are well aware we hang on to every word becuase of how important this is to our future.Im usually upbeat but am very frustrated re the misinformation.Maybe cash up front is the way to go as apposed to the province paying.I guess this is life.Service goes to the highest bidder.Unfair

I feel your pain. I was so far gone in depression by the time I decided I needed surgery that I didn't have the fight in me to get it done thrrough the province. I paid (A LOT) but it was head ache free. Hope things are going better now TM
