popping in to say Thank you

Life is a journey, when I first discovered this board...I was devasted...for having waiting two years of my life in severe pain...for surgery that was stopped from being available to me..in the province of Newfoundland...not because of the lack of qualified surgeons but because of political...crap...I hope I can say that here... At that time I was devasted...and in shock..and I did not know where to go..and found you all...and began...putting myself back togethor..and finding new hope...since then..my family doctor has made the referalls...and is getting things...set up for my coverage from our provincial medical association...it will take over a year..to be seen for my first consult..but it is a start...and I have started advocating..to make this service availabe in our own province.. Thank you for having this site..and being so wonderfully supportive of each other..Sincerely, Joanne
