MIA...for a bit

Hey guys, Sorry I've been MIA for the past little bit...had a bout with kidney stones and now I have a HORRIBLE sinus cold that has put me on my butt... I haven't been able to eat right or walk for about a week now... I don't even get 1/2 the calories in I need in my day...I'm having problems with milk..I had my staples removed too... well this is going to be a short one because I feel so horrible...ttyl guys...
