I had my first appt with Dr. Rohrer yesterday. The soonest he can do my surgery is May 7th,,,,,, I am a little bumbed to have to wait 2 months.
You will find this is a great site for resources.
My sister had the lap band 2 weeks-ago so I am getting a play by play as to what to expect.
Are you going to have to spend the night? Did you buy the Nujury drink that they talked about.??

It was nice to put meet you and your husband yesterday. How do you fill since your fill?
I have a surgery date of May 7th. He is really booked. There are going to be 2 other surgeons that are going to start doing the band with him soon.
I can not wait for my surgery. 2 months and counting.
Did you guys stay in a motel? We have to plan on spending the night and I wondered if you had any recommendations.

I'm new to the site and having a good time finding my way around. I'm going in for lap band with Dr. Rohrer in Great Falls 3-23. Any pointers to share? Also, does anyone know if Helena has a support group?

Dr. Swannack in missoula does lap band surgery's now, he's at st. Patrick's hospital. He's a very wonderful person

Please help, has anyone ever been told they have a leak in there port? I don't know what to do as the doctor in montana told me it would cost around 4 grand to put a new one in. Yea, right, like I can afford that. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thank you chris

are you having lap band or gastric by-pass? i was told great falls is the only place that does lap band.
