Hello there!   I had my "Start Weight" appt. today with Dr. Baskett. at St. Vincent's Weight Loss Clinci.  Of course they want to start modifying my eating to the 3 meals a day with protein shakes in between.  I am really all for this, as I am very open minded, however, is there a cheaper place to find the protein mixes/ drinks then at the Weight Loss Clinic.  I have to do this for 3 months before we can submit to my insurance so want to be as "thrifty" as possible. Thanks for any advice in advance! 

I don't know personally but have you asked his office staff what they recommend? I know when I went to Great Falls for my surgery they gave me several suggestions of hotels that offered discounts up there. Also allot hotels just offer a medical discount with out a referral so you might just try calling the ones you are interested in and asking what discounts they offer.

I just wanted to say that I couldn't disagree more with Felicia about the Weight Managment Clinic in Billings! The support and knowledge that I gained from Misty and her staff have helped me SO much post-op!!! They were there and still are to educate, nuture, and most importantly support me every step of the way!!!!

Was just wondering if anyone else was going or if anyone has gone to it? Is it worth going? I am hoping to make it there since this will be the first year I can actually WALK and enjoy it. Last year at this time I was almost 390 lbs and hard a terrible time just walking from room to room in my house let alone to a festival.
