Hello All,
I'm just wondering if you chose to tell your co-workers prior to WLS. I work in a small office with me being the largest by 150lbs. They are nice ladies but I don't want to feel that I need their approval.
What did the rest of you do?

If I'm approved by my insurance, I'm just going to tell HR and my immediate boss. HR, because I will need to work out vacation/sick time, and my immediate boss because I may be able to work out some work-at-home hours.
