Does anyone know Larry O'Connell from Townsend??

He posted on the Insurers board that he had New West and had no problem getting an approval, I have the chance to switch from BCBS to New West in Oct. and I was hoping to get his input! I did email him and I haven't gotten any reply yet. Does anyone else know about New West?
