I use skim or soy milk. Whichever I have.

1 large box of s/f vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1 stick lemonade flavor crystal light
1 container sf cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
Mix the crystal light with the milk. Add pudding mix to this. Allow to become thick (will happen within a couple of minutes due to not using the full amount of milk the box calls for). Fold in the cool whip and pour all into the crust. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.

I had RNY. I have done well, I have lost 132 lbs to date. I still have another 20 to go to be at my goal weight. The last 20 are the hardest.

Being in accounting means this is my busy time of year so I am in and out. Been busy on 2009 budgets and getting ready for year end hell to start. LOL. But I am alive and kicking. LOL.

I too have been keeping up with this tragic news, the mother of the child was interviewed yesteday and she is as hosed up as the grandmother and aunt are...such a tragic situation, my heart cried when I heard about the little boy....I know he is in God's arms now, and will never experience that abusive life he lived. There are so many children like that, makes me wonder why adults act the way they do....I have a friend that is a foster mom in West Virginia, and the stories she tells me about these children make my heart cry....my hats off to all foster parents that are trying to provide a loving enviroment to these kids.
