I have a gently used treadmill for sale at $600.
It retails brand new at $1,200 and can hold 350 pounds.
I am moving and don't have room for it in my new house.
It is a Reebok 8400C treadmill.
It has:
user's manual
Water bottle holder
book holder
handgrip pulse sensor
console
safety key / clip
handrails
walking belt
foot rail
power cord
cushioned walking platform
It folds up easily for storage.
I live in Hattiesburg, and the buyer will have to come pick it up from my house.

Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving, enjoyed your family and friends and made good food choices. I have found a couple of good recipes for those parties we are all going to be attending (that are weight loss friendly). Here is one I plan to try this weekend at our Memorial Tree Lighting service with work.
Cheesecake Cups
4 oz lowfat cream cheese, room temp
1/2 lowfat sour cream
enough splenda (or what ever you use) to equal 2 Tbsp sugar
2 pks Phyllo Shells, thawed
1 can mandarin oranges, drained well
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (rather thin). Cut slices across both ways, to form triangle shapes.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sweetener, until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe into phyllos cups. Top with 1 mandarin orange segment and 1 kiwi triangle. Store in frig until ready to serve.
I can't remember the nut values but I will go back and look it up later. I do remember it had like 65 calories per cup, just can't remember the rest. They were really pretty plated.

That's great!! I am so happy for you. I saw Sandi Patty in concert several years ago. She is wonderful and I am sure you were too!! Wish I could sing ( I would love ot be able ot sing in church, my mom has a beautiful voice and sings solos a lot) but I simply do not have that talent. I sing in my car and in the shower...lol! Congrats again on your weight loss. I hope you enjoyed yourself!!

Topic: Sandi Patty concert tonight in Hattiesburg
Well gang, tonight is the Sandi Patty concert at Temple Baptist Church's West Campus tonight in Hattiesburg. And I am singing in it too. Not only am I singing in the choir behind her, but I also have a small solo on the finale! YEAH!!! I am so EXCITED!!
But let me add that if this had happened a year ago I would have been too ashamed of my body and so unsecure in myself that I would not have even auditioned at all. I know without a doubt that this life-changing journey that I am currently on is so much more than just losing weight. I think I am actually starting to like myself again and I am having fun in the process.

Topic: 1st Fill the day before Thanksgiving!
I had my first fill........... WOW I was so nervous, but all went well. Dr. only had to stick me twice and he was in!!!! I was sooo happy. I now have 1 cc in my band and I am doing well. I had my fill the day before Thanksgiving. I am already down 5 more lbs!! I am now under 200 WOOO HOOOO. I haven't been under 200 lbs in YEARS!!
