The good, the bad and the ugly:
Pre breakfast: coffee, coffe and then you guessed it! Coffee
Breakfast: ham & 1/2 a biscuit
snack: none
Lunch: almost 1/2 of a Chicken Florintine Wrap from Subway. It was pretty tastey but WAY TOO BIG!!!
Snack: none
Dinner: left over cheesy chicken from last night
Didn't eat too much of the chicken. It was pretty dry tonight and leftover meat kills my pouch most all of time. Especiallyif it is the least bit dry.
Snack: a few wheat thins.
I am sure I did not get in all of my protein today. I have not put my damage for the day into fitday. However, I 'm pretty sure I am way off. Tomorrow will be a healthier day! I plan to start with a Vanilla Protien shkae with s/f orange syrup. YUM!!!!!
So, how was your eating today?

Great! Best of luck to you! You might also want ot check out Dr. Pinson at the Tupelo Hospital. He is a all around great guy and a wonderful surgeon. He did not do my surgery but has seen my mom (for a different reason). I know a couple of his nurses and some people who have had wls by him and they all sing his praises as well. I have a new insurance and it no longer pays my surgeon. I am trying to get my post op care switched to Dr. Pinson. Here is his number 377- SLIM.
