The darndest thing is...I run and run with work etc, try to eat right during hte day, have nights where I do not eat supper due to no time and I am still 20 lbs from goal.......grrrr!!! How about yourself, how are you doing?

It used to be a really lively place, but that is not the case anymore for sure. We used to have luncheons and get togethers back in the day. But everyone has disappeared. Attempts to bring it back alive by a few of us has failed as you can see.
If you have any questions or issues feel free to send me a message. I do check those everyday. And try the Alabama board. They are a really good group and will gladly allow you to jump right in. I like it over there. Good luck!
