I am so excited at this beautiful weather! And now that I have 56 pounds LESS to drag around, I am feeling like I want to go outside and play. I am thinking about going to the bicycle station at the beginning of the Rails to Trails and renting a bicycle.
What about everybody else?

It's funny how we forget the simple things like protein and snacks. lol. I have the added stress of a divorce muddying up my waters right now. But I am healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally. And I will no longer weight 369 pounds EVER AGAIN! WOO HOO!!

I hope everything comes back good for you so that you can have your surgery. Which hospital in Mobile will you be in? I had my surgery in Mobile at Providence Hospital by Dr. Joseph Galloway. Hard to believe that was over 5 years ago. Time sure does fly.

Thanks, Melissa. I have ben going to the Alabama msg board. I even have an angel for my surgery which is May 1. Today I started my 10-day diet leading up to surgery. Thursday I have to go back to Mobile to have an EGD, Dr. wants to r/o ulcers and make sure Barrett's Esophagus is stable..Praying that all goes good, and surgery is still a go!
