Topic: WONDEFUL Strawberry Pie Recipe
Just had to share this with all of you. It is WONDEFUL!!
3 TB Cornstarch
5 packets of Splenda
1 c water
1 box SF Strawberry Jello
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
1 Pie Crust, cooked and cooled
1 container Lite Coolwhip
In small sauce pan, heat cornstarch, splenda and water until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in box of dry jello. Let cool ( I put in frig while I capped and sliced the strawberries). While mixture is cooling, cap & slice berries. When mixture is cooled, fold in strawberries and pour into pie crust. Top with 1/2 container of coolwhip. Cover and place in frig for at least 1 hour prior to servign.
This pie is delicious! It taste so wonderfully good and no one will ever guess it doesn't have sugar in it! Hope you enjoy it!
