Topic: RE: I'm finally post-op!!!!!
Since you live in Hattiesburg you should try and come to the support group meetings at Pine Grove that are held the third Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. I didn't have my surgery here in Hattiesburg either but I didn't want to drive all the way to Mobile to go to support groups. So, I started going to the ones here and there are people that come that live in this area that had surgery on the coast, here, LA, and AL.
Well, I just wanted to say hello and wish you luck on getting your surgery soon. Sounds like you have been on quite a ride already thanks to Katrina. Keep us posted and let us know when you get a date for your surgery.

Gosh, not too many people thankful out there today. LOL. I guess everyone is busy. The board seems a little slow today. But I know you are ever so thankful for that little one on the way. You have waited so long. And I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that he or she will hang in there a few more weeks before making a grand entrance. Hang in there, girl.

Topic: Protein Bars
Ok guys well I just wanted to share with yall the name of a protein bar that I just absoultly love. And for everyone that know me..knows I HATE the taste of protein and have NEVER been able to handle it.lol well i found these Payday Pro bars at walmart in the pharmacy area. OMG they are just great. I hate the taste of a original payday, but these payday pro bars are really great. One bar has 15grams of protein and 12grams fat and only 240 calores i know it sounds like ea lot but the 15grams of protein had me and not to mention the taste. Walmart is teh only place that i have found that sales them so if yall want to taste a good bar, try them.
Well i just wanted to share that with yall.
hope all is well talk to yall soon

Topic: BMI
I am considering Gastric Bypass surgery and I was wondering if anyone knows if the BMI accepted by most insurances is 40 or do I stand a chance of approval with a BMI of 34. I know all insurances are different. I am 5' 9" so my BMI is lower for that reason. thanks.
