You can get it all from Vitacost.  The calcium citrate is in pill form that you swallow.  They used to have the chews, but I haven't seen them in a while.  The sublingual B-12 is over the counter and can be purchased at Vitacost as well.  I will be ordering all of my stuff from them as I run out of what I have now.  Easier to get it all online and shipped to me than to have to find the time to go get it all.   Christine does need to post some pics of that sweet baby on here.  She is too cute.  She is a real pretty baby, and Christine has her rotten already.   Melissa

ok so on the calcium citrate it is a tums like thing you buy?  lol lol  and where do you get the sublingual b-12 is that rx? can I get all these from vitacost.  That seems like a good idea to get the everthing from one place.   I can't wait to see pictures of Mary Grace.  Tell her she needs to post some on here. Citrical has a calcium citrate.  Just make sure it says citrate on the bottle instead of carbonate.  We don't absorb the carbonate.  The sublingual B-12 is a pill that you dissolve under your tongue.  That way it goes directly into the bloodstream without having to be absorbed through digestion.  Works sort of like a nitroglycerin tablet for someone having a heart attack.  Dissolves under the tongue quickly to get into the bloodstream.  I do one of the sublingual  b-12's daily.  I get my D3 dry form online at vitacost, but I am sure that GNC will have it as well.  I will probably start ordering all of my supplements from Vitacost online because they have good prices and it saves me trips to town.  I found doing a protein shake for breakfast helped me get back on track.  So, now instead of eating my breakfast, I just drink it.  I guess the protein fills me up and keeps me satisfied.  I find when I actually eat breakfast even if it is good protein I still get hungrier for the rest of the day.   I can't believe Janielyn is crawling and pulling up on stuff.  Time flies and they grow up quick.  It won't be long and Christine's little Mary Grace will be crawling and pulling up.  I am computer illiterate too.  I have to get John, Stephens, or Christine to help me do stuff.  LOL.

Thanks so much for the info girl!  Just a few more questions.  what kinda of calcium citrate name I mean.  Also the sublingual b12 is that still a shot?  sorry to sound so stupid.  lol lol  And the D3 can you give me a name brand.  I also dont have iron issues so prob will skip the extra iron.  and the b12 is that monthly dailey what?  Going today or at least this weekend to get everything.  lol lol  Plus going to start my protein drinks back at least for breakfast and supper.  My weakest moments are at work.  Hoping that a good filling protein drink will curb me until I can eat a decent lunch and just have a good snack for afternoon.  Believe it or not Janielyn started crawling 2 weeks ago.  She actually pulled up on the couch last night.  I tried to post some pictures here that I have saved in my pictures on the computer but cant figure it out.  I am some computer illerate. lol lol  I will have to get someone to help me. Thanks!!!! Denise

There are soem really good ones as well as some realy bad one out there. It is just trial and error  with me.

I take a GNC Women's Ultra Mega multivitamin.  I take a calcium citrate as we do not absorb calcium carbonate which is what Tums are.  I take a sublingual B-12 as they work better at keeping my levels up than the shots do.  I take a D3 Dry form as they have recently discovered we malabsorb vitamin D and can have major issues if we have a deficiency in it.  I think that is it.  LOL.  It's enough anyway.  Some people take the tender iron, but my iron levels have always been good do I don't take extra iron.  Get back on those vitamins, girlfriend.  You have no time for being sick now that you have a baby to keep up with.  You need all the energy you can get.  Just wait until she is up and running.  Whew! And it won't be long either.  You better take two of those sublinguals daily to build up an energy storage.  LOL. Love ya, Mel

Hey girl I need some info.  Embarrsed to admit it but I have not taken a vitamin since I stopped my prenatal vitamins.  Have not taken a B12 shot since BEFORE I got pg and can not remember the last time I took a tums.  SOOOOOOOOO I am gonna start today doing what I SHOULD be doing.  What kind of vitamins do you take and how many.  Do you do the B12 shot? If so do you take it once a month?  Gonna get dr to call some in for me to start doing.  Do you take the tums?  I think at our workshop way back they said dont take with vit so in other words take vit in am and tums in pm.  Do you do this?  Also is this everything for the most part?  Just trying to remember.  lol lol  Thanks in advance for the advice! Luv ya Denise
