Wow Denise, that sounds good! My favorite meals were at my grandmother's house on a farm because it was always fresh veggies she had cooked. We are hoping once we get moved to have a garden again.

Before I had my surgery, I got a sample pack from bariatric eating. That was a few years ago, but they used to send you a sample assortment for just the cost of shipping. That way you could try several and then order which ones you liked. Check there and see if they still do that.

From your profile click on "my messages" and then on the right there's a button for sending messages. A list of friends appears and you pick the one you want to send a message, sort of like email but it goes to your OH account.
I noticed you're on the mission team that goes to Honduras. On June 29th, I sat next to Glynn Pope, a minister from Byram on a flight from Jackson to Atlanta. He told me all about the mission. I think he was headed there for 2 weeks, but his son was staying 6 weeks. I was traveling to visit my daughter in Kodiak, Alaska.

Cheesy Chicken
3 - 4 Chicken Breast
1 pk lowfat cream cheese, room temp
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 pk dry Italian salad dressing
rice or pasta, optional
Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Mix cream cheese, soup and dry italian mix. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture in bottom of crockpot, place chicken on top and cover with remain 1/2 of mixture. Top with tinfoil and cover with the lid. Cook all day on low. Just before serving, shredd chicken iwth a fork. You may add cooked rice or pasta at this point.
It is really good with or without the pasta or rice. Hope you enjoy it!

Well we picked peas yesterday along with tomatos, okra and squash and i made a HUGE dinner yesterday so we are having leftovers. Fresh peas, Fresh squash i cooked down with some onions in butter and added jalepenos, sliced fresh tomatos, and baked porkchops. Might be bad and fry some of that okra for tonight not sure. lol lol

I will just come and eat at your house. LOL. I am not cooking tonight. I will be at the hospital with my father. He is having some heart problems. So, I guess we will be eating out tonight after we get off work before we head to the hospital to relieve Mother so she can grab a bite.
I am always looking for new things to do in the crock pot. So, what all goes in there for the cheesy chicken? It sounds good to me.

So EAS AdvantEdge is available at Wal-Mart? I may give this a try. I'm going to double-check at Curves on my lunch break first though.
