When to drink?

Hey everybody I have a question. Do ya'll still wait till after you get through eating a meal before drinking your liquid. I know Dr. Salemeh told me to wait 30 before a meal and 30 minutes after a meal. I was wondering how many of ya'll still do that or what you were told by your doctor. I use to before surgery take a bite take a swallow, take a bite take a swallow. Any help would be appreciated. Talk Later, Nan
