Insurance Wait Time

Hi Everyone, I am new to the boards, I have only posted a few times but I read everyday. I may be showing my ignorance here, but does all Insurance take forever. I was calling every other day but I have started calling everyday and they still say in in review. One CRS says it takes 4 weeks, another say it takes 24-48 hrs and another says they are shorthanded and they don't know when it will be. Pray for me that I will be patient. Reading all the posts keeps me encouraged and hoping for a surgery date soon!!
