woo hoo i got a promotion!

hey yall! life is good here for me! I have just been promoted at work, and I am getting a 1.22 raise an hour, which equals out to almost a hundred extra bucks every two weeks! Weight loss hasnt been that great.. I only lost a pound last week. But I guess its better than nothing! well take care Crystal

That's great Crystal. My DH and I are from Columbus. Where do you work? We are going to Columbus this weekend to see his Mom. I am sure you are younger than me,but I graduated from Caldwell High(aka Columbus High School East). in 1974. My DH finished at Lee High(1970). Congrats on promotion. That is great! If you are losing a pound a week, that is really not bad, just stay on the diet and the weight will fall off, 20 weeks of a pound a week equals 2 dress sizes..... Smiles, Cheryl
