SSI and Medicaid here, verifying that MS Medicaid does NOT cover WLS?

 I so very much wish that (with MS being the highly public most obese state in the nation) that the state Medicaid would cover something to help that change.  I have many health problems, just none that were on that relatively short list when I signed up, would love to be able to stand again, or walk, take my kids to the zoo, anything that requires the use of my back, legs and hips, again! Anyway... Is there ANY way around it so that MS Medicaid WILL pay for a gastric sleeve or another WLS?
