Goodness, it has been a busy morning already. We are having our Thanksgiving lunch at work today. I am cooking chicken and dressign and a Chrystal Light Lemonade pie. I made my dressign last night, I just had to get up this morning and put it in the crockpot to transport to work and cook there. I made the pie this morning. Some of the girls are making desserts with splenda but I always like to carry a no sugar added or sugar free dessert as well. We are having a feast. Turkey, chicken and dressing, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, baked beans, rolls, cranberry sauce, ham, slaw, no sugar added chocolate chip pie, no sugar added pumpkin pie, chrystal light ppie, pumpkin roll, omemade chocolate covered cherries, strawberry delight and I think that is all. I know it is more than enough. Goodness gracious, if you guys are in the area at lunch time...come on by. We have plenty...lol!!!

The lemonade pie caught my attention.  I love lemon desserts.  So, how do you make it?

Thanks,
Melissa

1 large box of s/f vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1 stick lemonade flavor crystal light
1 container sf cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix the crystal light with the milk. Add pudding mix to this. Allow to become thick (will happen within a couple of minutes due to not using the full amount of milk the box calls for). Fold in the cool whip and pour all into the crust. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.

I'm all over that!  Do you know if it can be made  1% or 2% milk?

I use skim or soy milk. Whichever I have.
