Chicken Taco Salad
Oh my gravy guys, this was the best stuff I have eaten in a very long time! Very tastey!! I cooked the Salsa Chicken Recipe I posted earlier today in the crock pot. When I got home, I threw a dash or two of cumin in the pot and shredded the chicken. I shredded some lettuce, put in on the plate, topped the lettuce with chicken mixture, topped this with diced onions, shredded cheddar, 3 -4 slices of jalapenos and a small amount of sour cream. I then placed 5 -6 tortilla chips on the side. OMG!!!!! This was sooooo good!! My hubby even liked it and he isn't a fan of chicken. You gotta try this one guys!!!! YUMMMO!!!
