I am in week 4
It could be a number of things.
(1) Water intake - are you sure you are getting your 64 oz of water daily?
(2) exercise - How much are you exercising? 30 minutes 3 times a week?
(3) calorie / carb count - How are your nutritional numbers looking.
(4) vitamins - Are you taking your vitamins?
(5) normal to plateau - Your body has undergone some stress and it may think it's starving so it is reacting this way. But it is only temporary. Keep doing what you are supposed to be doing and your body will kick back into the "burn" mode.
(6) smaller bites - Are you still using smaller sized plates and even smaller sized spoons? Taking smaller bites, and chewing 20+ times for each bite of food really helps in the digestion process and in your body's ability to absorb the nutrients out of it. AND as an extra bonus, you feel fuller sooner.
Hope some of these suggestions spark an idea.
Otherwise, I'm sure others lurking on the board will have some great ideas as well.!
Good luck,
Tammy
