Got some ideas on how to do this? I was thinking of just starting a discussion on getting everyone here involve.  We need them as much as they need us.

Hello, and welcome to the board.  My name is Anita.  I had RNY on 9/16/08.  I have had no trouble except when I bend the rules a bit....i.e., I tried to eat tuna salad yesterday and my pouch rebelled in a major way.  (I rationalized that if I made it real soft with LF Mayo, it would be just fine)...NOT so.  My pouch, my "tool" rules my life and lets me know when it objects.  I'll be glad to share with you anything I have learned!  It's far more simple to just do what my doctor says!
