This month’s Weight Loss Surgery Support Group meets this week in Hattiesburg.

The closest Lap Band surgeon to Hattiesburg is Dr. Avara in Ocean Springs. He is my surgeon. His office hosts these monthly meetings in Hattiesburg.

It doesn't matter what type of surgery you are having or have had, nor does it matter who your surgeon is. If you just want to ask questions or just sit and listen to what others have you say, you are more than welcome to come!

Yeah I did. I've been to 2 already. I enjoy them a lot so I'll be there tonight too. I look at it like this, you can never have too much help! LOL!

I know it's a drive for you, but it would be great to see you there sometime. Otherwise I guess we'll meet at next year's pinning ceremony.

She also hosts meetings in Ocean Springs. I'm not sure where you live so I don't know which one with closer for you. We'd love to have you regardless of what surgery you had. I forwarded your question to Lisa, because I don't know if anybody has had that specific procedure. I'll let you know what she says though.
