The good, the bad and the ugly.....

Eatin' good in Ms! I need to be more accountable for what goes into my mouth. I thought this woud be a good way to keep it honest. Here goes, the good, the bad and the ugly.....

Pre Breakfast:
coffee, coffee, coffee w/ sugar free carmel syrup...Oh so yummy in my tummy!!

Breakfast: protein shake

Lunch: a few peas, kraut & weiners, a few (4 -5 ) bites of mashed taters (lunch was at my moms today. I left the fried okra and corn bread alone)

Snack: a few cashews

Supper: 1 baked b/s bbq chicken tender, a few bites of baked beans, a little broccoli & cheese casserole and 1/2 a roll

And now for the ugly: 2 yes, 2 chocolate chip cookes....here piggy, piggy.

Anyway, I am stuffed and from the looks of the day I have every right to be that way.  Only unsweet tea for the rest on the night. Right now, I am too full to even drink.....ick, I hate days when I eat too much!!! It is however by my own hand! I am calling it a day and going over to the couch to watch some football with my hubby!
