Tammy, how was your first fill

What a surprise to hear from you!!
My fill went wonderfully well!
I lost 10 lbs pre-surgery and 16 lbs post-surgery for a total of 26 lbs. YEAH!!!
I waited about an hour for Dr. Avara to come in. He was only in the room for about 5 minutes fill. He had me lay down on the bed, lifting my legs up from the bed about 6 inches. He felt on my abdomen, locating my port. Dr. Avara then sanitized my abdomen. He had me lift my legs up 6 inches again. He popped in the syringe, giving me 3 1/2 cc. Dr. Avara even laughed at how loose my pants were. No pain, no problem. My husband however, HATES needles. And I thought he was going to faint when he saw the size of the needle. I admit I was a little nervous, especially after hearing some of the ladies complain about it in the last support group. But it was really nothing.
TThen I celebrated by going to America's Thrift Store and buying 5 or 6 new shirts. WOO HOO!!
I'll see you tomorrow night at support group.
