The only nausea I had was the 2 hours post-op. And I had the opposite problem with my stools. But it was because I wasn't eating enough fiber. I would call the doctor's office. But there is also a stomach bug going around. But I would at least see what your doctor says.

I HAD THE VERTICAL SLEEVE 9/5/08.   I AM DEALING WITH NAUSEA, VOMITING AND DIARRHEA SINCE SURGERY.   I ENDED BACK IN THE HOSPITAL DUE TO THESE PROBLEMS.(DEHYDRATION)
I HAD A SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH DIARRHEA BEFORE SURGERY
(HOPING AND WISHING THAT WITH THE WT LOSS THAT WILL GET
BETTER)
I AM HAVING TO WEAR A SCOPOMINE PATCH FOR THE NAUSEA AND
VOMITING.  SO, THE NAUSEA IS A LOT BETTER, BUT I STILL VOMIT  WHEN MY TUMMY DOESN'T LIKE WHAT GOES IN IT.

MY SURGEON AND NP TOLD ME THAT NAUSEA WAS COMMON WITH THE VERTICAL SLEEVE, BUT IT WOULD PASS.

I TAKE IMODIUM AD EVERYDAY AND MORE WHEN THE PROBLEMS INCREASES.
MYLANTA CHEWABLE TABLES HAVE HELP ALSO WITH NEXTUM I TAKE DAILY.

HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON.  CALL YOUR DOC OFFICE ASK THEM WHAT
