Good Morning MS friends!! Glad to hear Melissa is feeling better! Another day of sunshine....yahoo!! I am tired f the rain. Looks like we better get ready for some more rain when Gustav moves in. Hope al our costal friends are preparing for this unwelcomed guest! You guys stay safe down there!! We will welcome you here if you need tomove inland. Hope everyone has a good sun shiny day!

Good morning.  You know I never truly would not wish a hurrican on someone else but I am so hoping it does not come my and Melissa's way.  In fact I am praying the damn thing fizzles out now.  Hubby was put on active duty and Sunday reports to his amory and will stay the night there and they move out to where every it actually hits Monday.  WHICH means me and baby are left to fin for ourselves.  Oh well life in the army.  It will just be our first time actually away from each other and during a possible hurrican.  Better than him having to actually go to Iraq.  I hope everyone has a good day.

I remember those days, Denise.  Stephens and I had to weather a couple of hurricanes on our own when John was in the guard and got called to duty.  No fun at all.  I, like you, am hoping we don't have to contend with Gustav.  I hope he just fizzles on out and doesn't hit anywhere.  That is probably wishful thinking.  I just still have some bad memories from Katrina, and I am just not ready to go through it again.  Maybe if it doe**** it won't be anywhere near the intensity of Katrina. 

I am sorry to hear you are getting my sinus issues.  I have been so miserable and sick.  But, luckily the meds have kicked in finally, and I do feel a little better today.  I am still coughing a good bit, but much better than yesterday.

My husband is a Biloxi Firefighter. He was called by his Captain yesterday and was informed that even though we works on Sunday and is off Monday morning, to warn his family that he probably won't be home for a day or so. So my daughter & I will be hunkering down in Hattiesburg. But I have already informed my husband that if the weather gets too bad on Sunday, my daughter and I will be in the car heading north.

How are you doing?  How much have you lost so far? I hope getting in all that protein has gotten better. 

Me and Janielyn will be hunkering down in Purvis.  lol lol  Unless I see it is gonna get bad then I will head up the road to my mom and dads.  I sure hope we get a pass on this one.  I just dont want Wally to have to go anywhere.  Or to be by myself during it although I am not truly all alone.  I have in-laws and my parents just down the road.  And of all things Wally has drills this weekend anyway.  Holiday weekend and just so happens he has drill and a hurricane on the way.  lol lol  Oh well can't change what is meant to be.  Ya'll take care and hopefully we will all be safe and back to posting on Wed. for sure!

I have lost 20 lbs (10 pre-op + 10 post-op) and I have dropped a clothing size!! WOO HOO!!

Hey Tammy,
I am doing good.  I have just decided that I know I really really want to work within the Lamar County School system so I am just gonna wait and see what happens there.  I know it isnt gonna happen this year but hopefully next school year.  If it is meant to be the Lord will see to it that it happens. 

I am so proud of you.  You are doing sooooooooooo good!  I know you are proud of yourself.  Ya'll stay safe this weekend!

Girl you have helped me more than I can ever repay.  lol lol  You know I did take a whole day off and go like to the Courthouse, State Mental Hospital, Lamar Christian but nothing really was available and plus I KNOW I want to work in the school.  Either Purvis, or Baxterville cause those are close to my home.  Lamar Christian would be great to but He only hires parents as assist. cause they are working off tuition.  Which is totally understandable.  He did tell me that with the way the school is growing to please put in an application next spring cause he might need people outside of parents.  So who knows.  If it is meant to me something within the school system will open up.  I can not thanks for all your help.  80 % of finding a job is word of mouth or who you know not what you know.
