I think I have lost 20 pounds now. 10 pounds pre-op and 10 pounds since surgery. But everytime I get on my scale it gives me a different number. So that's why I say, I "think" I've lost that much. LOL!

The numbers really don't matter to me. I feel better and my clothes are fitting better. YES LORD!!

WOW 20 lbs Tammy that is WONDERFUL.  I am so proud for you!  Your food looks good but you might want to up that protein.  Try to fit in a couple of protein shakes a day if you can.  Like 3 ozs in am then 3 oz's about hour later so on throughout the day.  I like the sf carnation instant breakfast but the vanilla slim fast high protein optima is WONDERFUL.

Sorry did not read the paragraph before you started your food.  lol lol  I still would make sure you got at least 16-20 oz's a day of protein shake.  That way you should for sure meet your protein requirements.  It is so hard you just have tomake yourself eat or drink every hour or two.  Isnt it amazing just not wanting anything though.  ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I so remember those days.  lol lol  Sit back and enjoy the ride cause it goes by so fast.  Enjoy everything second of this rapid part.  You are doing so good.

The protein powder I use is Unjury unflavored protein powder. And it has 20g of Protein per scoop. Is that enough for the day? Or do I need to add another one?
I am also having the refried beans for supper.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I can not remember for sure but I think you should be getting between at least 40-60 grams of protein a day.  As long as you are getting that you should be fine.  Of course the more you start eating you should up the protein amnt.  Watch the carb intake and as long as you say around 1000-1200 cal a day and get the other grams right the fat should be right.

It is church night.  So we will eat at church or grab a bite on the way to church.  I haven't talked to the kids about it.   I usually let them decide.  So,  my dinner plans are not yet set for today.  Hope everyone is having a great week.

Congrats on the weight loss to date.  That is wonderful.

We had leftovers tonight. My dh prefers not to eat leftovers but groceries are too high these days to just toss out the leftovers. I had pinto beans and a couple slices of fried green tomatoes. He had tater tot casserole, pintos, fried green tomatoes, and cornbread. Think I am putting a roast in the crockpot in the morning for tomorrow night.
