This is a very good recipe. I made them this morning. They are moist and very tastey. 1 cup splenda baking blend (or equal or whatever sweetner you prefer) 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (the are available in sugar free in some stores) 6 Tbs margarine softened 2 eggs 3/4 cup flour 6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla 1 scoop beneprotein Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray a 8x8 glass baking pan. Combine flour, sweetener, chocolate chips & cocoa powder. Stir until well bleneded. In a seperate bowl, combine butter, applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mix until well blended. Spread batter into 8x8 pan and bake for 18 -20 minutes (I found mine were doen in about 15 minutes). Cool completely and cut into 20 squares.

I don't have any idea what the nut value is. I have only made them once. You can probably go to sparkpeople.com or somewhere like that and enter the recipe to find the values. Sorry....
