Protein Shake Ideas

So I started all my Vitamins and my Protein Shake (in the am's) back yesterday.  The only Protein shake I could handle after my surgery was the sf Carnation Inst Breakfast.  I tore Walmart apart and they and NO Carnation what so ever!!! So I bought the choc and vanilla High Protein Slim Fast.  Yesterday I had the Vanilla with Bannana and Strawberry flavoring along with frozen strawberries and a bannana chopped up and blended.  Was really good.  Today I am having the choc with bannana flavoring and a bannana blended up.  Any other good ideas out there.  I dont want to get burnt out with the same thing every day.  lol lol  And they truly help curb my hunger.  Also if anyone knows of where you can find the sf carnation inst breakfast please let me know. I use Vitamin World  "Wild Strawberry" Whey Protein powder. In a blender I add: 2 scoops protein powder 1 pkt sweet and low or similar pink sweetner 1 banana 1/2 cup of 2% milk blend, blend, blend while blending add ice thru top of blender until it won't blend anymore or is at the top of the blender.  This make a BIG stadium cup full .  Yes, it is possible to drink this.  The key to this for me is the sweet n low.   If I use vanilla flavored protein powder I make sure I add a teaspoon or so of vanilla extract and the sweet n low. ALWAYS ADD THE SWEET N LOW.    Makes a world of difference.

Hey, Cheryl, how ya doing?  How's work?  Did you get ACE-ITized??  Ugh!  Haven't seen you in forever, but someone, can't remember who now, told me how great you look!! Your protein drink recipe sounds pretty good.  I'm still using the AdvantEdge chocolate.  Get them at Wal Mart or Krogers and usually just have one a day to supplement.  They quit making my favorite, cafe caramel.   Pam

Yep, got ACE-IT ized, but with another contractor.  Will schedule VTCs for the entire Corp. I don't know who would have complimented me !!!  The rumor at work is that I am dying of cancer, because how else would anyone loose that much weight.!!!??? Rumor also has it my husband divorced me and has a new wife with little kids.  He has a "new" wife alright and we continue to foster so most anytime someone sees us we have an infant and a few small children.    I just love it!!!
