Citrical has a calcium citrate. Just make sure it says citrate on the bottle instead of carbonate. We don't absorb the carbonate. The sublingual B-12 is a pill that you dissolve under your tongue. That way it goes directly into the bloodstream without having to be absorbed through digestion. Works sort of like a nitroglycerin tablet for someone having a heart attack. Dissolves under the tongue quickly to get into the bloodstream. I do one of the sublingual b-12's daily. I get my D3 dry form online at vitacost, but I am sure that GNC will have it as well. I will probably start ordering all of my supplements from Vitacost online because they have good prices and it saves me trips to town. I found doing a protein shake for breakfast helped me get back on track. So, now instead of eating my breakfast, I just drink it. I guess the protein fills me up and keeps me satisfied. I find when I actually eat breakfast even if it is good protein I still get hungrier for the rest of the day. I can't believe Janielyn is crawling and pulling up on stuff. Time flies and they grow up quick. It won't be long and Christine's little Mary Grace will be crawling and pulling up. I am computer illiterate too. I have to get John, Stephens, or Christine to help me do stuff. LOL.
