what did y'all eat /do for exercise 4/30/08
sorry was busy last night didn't get a chance to post this so here it is!
B~1 slice whole wheat toast , i cant believe its not butter and 1 slice cheddar cheese
1 hr high impact aerobics class followed by 1 hr personal training mostly wt training
l~ protein shake
S~ apple slices
D~ 6 boiled shrimp 1/2 cup of rice pilaf
dawn~~
B protein shake
S 1 cookie
L lite wheat
turkey
string cheese
S 1 orange
D BBQ Pork on wheat bun with a few chips (ate at church)
bite of Catherine's cookie she didn't finish
S shredded wheat with low fat milk
Exercise: 1 hour high intensity step/kick aerobics class
Took all supplements but skimped on the water. Was busy working and just didn't get around to drinking as much as I needed to.
