hey what did ya'll eat/ do for exercise today?
OK I'm back on here now, gonna try and do this everyday....hopefully this will help me stay on track!! b~ i slice of whole wheat toast with i cant believe its not butter and slice of cheddar cheese( bad, i know!) and half a can of diet coke
1 hr spin class followed by 1 hr of vertical aerobics l~ morning star veggie burger patty no bun and a small salad spring mix, 3 cherry tomatoes, and 3 cucumber slices and 2 tbs of soy beans and 1 tbs of Newman's own fat free sesame ginger dressing s~ 5 m&m's(BAD) kids put them down i picked them up without even thinking about it and ate them!!! d~ 1 baked tilapia fillet with lemon pepper and little i cant believe its not butter and 1/2 cup of salad from lunch gonna have a protein shake later and I've had 32 oz of h2o will have a little more before bed! dawn~~
B Protein shake S orange L grilled mahi mahi steamed broccoli and carrots S peanut butter bar 3 hershey kisses (we have an auditor at the office this week) I needed chocolate LOL D subway turkey melt on wheat minus part of the bread S 2 sugar free cookies that I made yesterday
Exercise: walked 1.30 miles on treadmill, 25 minutes of arms/legs weights, and 45 minute step and kick high intensity cardio class How ya doing girlfriend? Long time, no see. Melissa
I'm hanging in there...just trying to get on track I've gained about 18 lbs !!! UGGG I want to get it off before our big move in july....we are moving to West Palm Beach. I've been depressed over the move so i haven't been exercising as much and i haven't been eating right. I never get on here anymore , but I'm back now , i always seemed to do good when i was. So, how are you doing? dawn~~
West Palm is a LONG way from home about an hour and a half north of miami so we are thinking about a 14 hr drive from here, which means 2 days with 4 kids and 2 dogs !!! ha Yes, please help me keep this post going everyday it always helped me before! I have got to get the wt back off, not for vanity reasons, but my blood pressure has gone up real high(150/110 is average for me now...not cool!!) since i have gained some wt back! I'll be back on later to report how i've done today!!! Thanks, dawn~~
