what did y'all eat today??
Hey everybody!!
It's been so long since I have been on here...I'm still up in NY ..but I miss Mississippi something awful!!! Remember how we used to post what did y'all eat today?? That really helped me a lot, and I'm struggling...I've been so depressed since we've moved, its not that easy to make friends here like it is in Mississippi, don't get me wrong, there are nice people here, but they are not open like we are in the south, so its been a little bit of a challenge for me..I have been eating my feelings..I'm so ashamed to say..but I have been and I've packed on 10 -15 pounds which is horrible....I did make a positive step and I started going to Weigh****cher's meetings...I did it simply for the support groups...and trying to get back motivated to get moving and finish losing my weight.. I'm 2 years out.. and I have 45 STUBBORN pounds that I have to get off to get to where I want to be...
Well Here's what I ate today...
1 slice of peanut butter toast with glass of 2% milk
100 calorie pack of muffins for snack
Penne chicken TV dinner by Michelena's
diet coke
Mandarin Orange
not sure what I'm eating for supper... probably a salad.. I wish we could have more folks post on here..it used to be a lot of fun...but anyway..hope everyone is having a wonderful day!!

First off was coffee, coffee, coffee
Breakfast: 2 pieces bacon, 2 slices tomato 1 piece toast
Snack: none
Lunch: about 1/2of a Grilled Chicken Salad (ate all of the chicken)
Snack: none
Dinner: 1/2 grilled hamburger patty, 2 tomato slices, 4 onion rings
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Okay, I started out really well and then it kinda got ugly later. LOL. But I am still within my calorie range. I workout so much and so hard I can eat a good number of calories per day and maintain. Thank goodness. LOL. Or I would be in trouble some days. That is how it goes though girl. We will always fight eating our feelings sometimes. But you realize you were doing it and are taking steps to control it. So kudos to you.

S 1 small cookie with 1 tbs of M&M's (Grr) They called out to me due to PMS.
I hate PMS. That is the one week per month I struggle, struggle, struggle. Everything bad and ugly calls out to me. Really loudly. LOL.
Exercise: Walked 3 miles during lunch
I haven't taken my vitamins yet. I am about to do that though.

oh I know!!! i was doing so well till PMS reared its ugly head on me too...One day I might crave pure chocolate ...then the next it may be something real salty like them good old mcdonald's fries...I hate it...lol That's what threw me off track was PMS ...Maybe I should have greater will power but its jus so hard!! I'm deteremined to have a better week this week and get focused again, we all fall down at times, its just a matter of getting back on track...we have gone through too much to let the weight creep back on us...
Notice I had mostly protein shakes. I have found that during that week of PMS the less food and choices I have the less the craving**** me. So I always do the protein shakes now when that week strikes. It is always a tough week for me. Today it has been salty stuff calling me like chips and crap. LOL.
